At MeenANA, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with our digital business card services. Please review our refund policy below.

  1. Free Plans

No refunds apply to free plans, as no payment is required.

  1. Paid Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant partial or full refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Technical failure: If MeenANA experiences prolonged downtime (more than 48 hours) that prevents core functionality, and we are unable to resolve it promptly.

• Accidental purchase: If you notify us within 48 hours of an unintended subscription purchase, we may issue a full refund.

• Duplicate charges: If you are billed more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@meenana.com with:

• Your full name and registered email.

• Subscription ID or invoice number.

• Reason for refund request.

• Date of purchase.

We will respond within 5 business days.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.

  1. No Refunds for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction without technical cause.

• Failure to use the service after purchase.

• Violations of our Terms of Service.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered above, contact us. We will review your case and respond in good faith.
