Welcome to MeenANA, a digital business card platform owned and operated by IKS & Partners (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meenana.com and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using MeenANA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
- Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MeenANA for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”), including contact details, logos, and social links. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely to deliver the Services.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Disrupt the Services or interfere with other users.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
- Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis. Prices are listed on meenana.com and are subject to change without notice. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for applicable taxes.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends, but your User Content may be retained for legal or backup purposes.
- Intellectual Property
All MeenANA trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content are owned by IKS & Partners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property.
- Third-Party Links & Services
MeenANA may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
- Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IKS & PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MEENANA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IKS & Partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of MeenANA or violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
- Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
